Hey, just saw this on the front page and was like "cool!" (I remember playing with one when I was young, but it was a friends) and went there and picked up two of them, so I guess in about two weeks or so I should get my thing in the mail.

I think it's a really cool instrument (if your not to insulted by calling it that ) and the Beatbox had a really cool demo on the site.....I like the dudes britishey sounding voice and they get some really cool sounding stuff out of the two they were playing too.

Anyhow, anybody remember (or own) the originals? It may just be me, but I swear the one my friend had was red, with a gold grate, rather than black with a silver grate (actually, I ordered the black on black, as the site didn't linke to the toher one right)

Anyways, anyone ever sport one in a band?

I had been looking for a Stylophone for quite awhile, when the new ones came out.  I was so glad to hear that weird squealy buzzy wonder! And it was Retro Thing that linked me to where to get one!

I thought about it about a week ago or so.  I tried to find mind and couldn't.  I was bummed.

So a day or three later, BAM, STYLOPHONE BEATBOX in the Retro Thing Newsletter!!! I was so flabbergasted!  Retro Thing is definitely my Stylophone connection.

I just found my Stylophone tonight!  YAY.  and someday soon I will be getting one of the Stylophone Beatboxes.
Plug em in together, and I will have one buzzy noisy goodtime!
